Title: Recipe By : Women's Day Magazine (Late 1980's)

2cAll-purpose flour
1tsBaking soda
1/4tsSalt
1/4cNonfat dry milk powder
1cPacked dark brown sugar; packed
1lgEgg
1cWater
1/2cMargarine; melted
  Mix flour; baking soda, salt,
  ; nonfat dry milk
  ; powder and brown
  ; sugar in
 mdBowl. in separate small bowl, beat egg, water
  ; and margarine. add
  ; all
  At once to flour mixture; beat to mix
  ; well. spoon batter into 12 greased or
  Paper-lined 2-1/2-inch muffin cups, filling each about
  ; 2/3 full. bake in
35 °f oven about 20 minutes or until
  ; browned.
  Makes 12 servings.
  (the original recipe called for 1 cup of
  ; milk; i substituted 1/4 cup nonfat
  Dry milk and 1 cup water. -jlw)
